Member Rights:
Members have the right to access the services provided on the CNBGame platform.
Members may comment on, provide feedback, and benefit from promotions and campaigns related to CNBGame’s products and services.
Member Obligations:
Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of the information they provide.
Members must take necessary measures to protect the security of their accounts and are responsible for all actions carried out through their accounts.
Members must not share unlawful, misleading, or harmful content that may damage the platform.
Members must use the CNBGame platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time. Membership cancellation can be performed via the “Account Settings” section on the CNBGame platform.
CNBGame reserves the right to terminate the membership of users who violate the membership terms. Transactions and rights arising prior to termination shall remain valid.
In cases of violation of this agreement, CNBGame may suspend or permanently terminate a membership.
CNBGame reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this membership agreement in the following cases:
If membership information is found to be false or incomplete,
If the Member engages in unlawful or unethical conduct on the platform,
If the Member acts against CNBGame’s rules and policies,
If the Member fails to fulfill payment obligations.
CNBGame takes great care to protect the personal data of its members. Personal data provided by members will only be used for CNBGame services and will not be shared with third parties. Data will be protected in accordance with CNBGame’s privacy and data protection policies.
Collection and Use of Personal Data:
By registering on the platform, the Member agrees to provide certain personal information.
This information will only be used for membership processes, service provision, and personalized content.
The Member may request the deletion of their personal data at any time.
All content, texts, graphics, logos, and software on the CNBGame platform belong to CNBGame and are protected by law. Members may only use this content for transactions carried out through the platform. No content may be copied, distributed, or modified without authorization.
CNBGame is not responsible for any damages, losses, or problems that may occur during the use of the platform. The Member accepts that the accuracy, reliability, and suitability of the services offered by CNBGame are at their own responsibility.
CNBGame may update the content of this Membership Agreement from time to time. Any changes will become effective from the date they are published on the CNBGame platform. Members are responsible for reviewing the agreement regularly.
In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
This Membership Agreement applies to every individual who registers on the CNBGame platform and enters into force upon the approval of the membership application.
