This Distance Sales Agreement is made between CNBGame ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") regarding the sale of digital products and e-pins under the terms set forth below.

Buyer Information:
The Buyer’s name, surname, contact information, and account details used for the purchase are stored by the Seller in relation to this agreement.
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of digital products (e-pins, game codes, etc.) by the Seller to the Buyer.
The Buyer may review products on www.cnbgame.com and place an order for the selected digital products. Orders become valid after the payment process is completed, and an order confirmation email is sent. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information for the order to be valid.
Upon confirmation of payment, the Seller delivers the digital products to the Buyer within 24 hours at the latest, via email or through the user account on the platform. Since digital products do not require physical delivery, the process is completed digitally.
The Seller clearly states product prices on the website. Payments may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other available payment methods. Once the payment is completed, the Buyer may access the product. In case of any error during payment, the Buyer must notify the Seller, who will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Digital products cannot be refunded once delivered. However, in cases of errors, incomplete delivery, or defective products, the Buyer must contact the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to replace the product or provide a refund if necessary.
Seller’s Obligations:
The Seller is responsible for delivering accurate and complete digital products in accordance with the Buyer’s payment.
Buyer’s Obligations:
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to the Seller. The Buyer accepts that once the payment is made, the order will be confirmed, and delivery will be carried out.
Both parties agree to keep all personal information obtained under this agreement confidential and not share it with third parties. This information will only be used to complete the order process.
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul (Maltepe) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
By approving this agreement, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms related to the sale of digital products. The agreement enters into force upon completion of the Buyer’s order and payment.
